Jay-Z: VERY pretty. Very talented. I don't think people realize her talent because of her songs and being on the radio...You tend to overlook, but she's absolutely one of the best singers of our generation.
Interviewer: Do you think Jay that the fact that she is so beautiful people overlook the talent?
Jay-Z: I think it's that coupled with the fact that her songs are big.
